FAQs
You’ve never rented a restroom before? No problem, we’re happy to answer any questions you have to make your event as easy and enjoyable as possible.
How do I know how many restrooms I need?
The number of units you’ll need is based on a variety of factors, like attendance, length of the event, and whether or not alcohol will be served. One portable restroom can handle around 250 uses before it reaches capacity, so a general rule of thumb is one portable restroom for every 100 attendees.
Can I rent a portable toilet for just one day?
Absolutely. Whether you need a unit for a half day or for an entire year, we are happy to provide restrooms for any event, regardless of how big or small.
Will my restrooms be clean for my event?
Our event restrooms have never been to a construction site and are specifically reserved for special events, and have been diligently serviced by our talented techs after each and every rental.
How far in advance do I need to reserve a portable toilet?
To ensure we can service you it is best to make your reservation as far in advance as possible. At a minimum, it is best to place your order for portable toilet service at least 1 week in advance. For large special events or job sites, a week or more lead time is advisable. For urgent needs, we are often able to deliver toilets the next business day!
What is the frequency of service on my portable toilet?
We service portable toilets once per week. This is done to keep the units fully stocked, clean, and sanitized.
Where can you place my portable toilet?
We will place your portable toilet(s) at your event or on your job site per your instruction. We will make every reasonable attempt to accommodate your wishes as to placement on the portable unit. However, we will relocate the unit or notify you if it becomes necessary so that it is readily accessible for servicing. This ensures that our trucks, employees, and equipment are not in danger or at risk.
When is payment due?
Payment in full is required before delivery. All major credit cards are accepted.
